MoArmouz has a great customer support team - prompt with response & delivery, but the product design needs to be carefully looked into - at this cost, it should at least last for 3-4 years to make it a viable purchase option. I’m attaching pics to show where the problem lies: You can see the spine of the case dips in the Centre because it’s very soft there & doesn’t provide adequate support for a heavy product like iPad Pro 12.9 It’ll start tearing from this point & the front side will come off. If it doesn’t happen in the next 2-3 years, I’m gonna edit my review & give it 5 stars. Period.

Looks great but…

This is my second purchase with MoArmouz - reason being the first one, a case for iPad Pro (12.9 inches 2015), didn’t last even for one year!!! That’s why I had to buy this ‘rugged’ case! It looks great & fits well but the question is will it last long? Without longevity, a product is not value for money. The safety I feel

I have been looking for a cover for my iPad Pro 1st gen. Not many are available for this obsolete model. I am BBC also happy that it houses the Apple Pencil.
