After several search and googling finally I found the cove/case for my Ipad 9.7 Pro 2016 model which accommodate Pencil along with Ipad, It's sturdy and feel robust.
Just it is little bit heavier side by weight otherwise it is the best what I found so far.

Looks sturdy and has space for Apple Pencil
One, it was good to find this cover for an iPad that is 6 years old. Two, looks sturdy and is exactly the kind of cover I wanted. Three, it has space for the Apple Pencil which other covers did not offer.
