Does PaperType work with the Surface Pen?

Yes. PaperType for Microsoft Surface is a paper-texture screen protector made for note-taking and sketching with the Surface Pen. Its 125 μm Japanese PET film has a MicroGrain™ texture that adds light friction, so the pen feels closer to writing on Kent paper than gliding on glass.

Which Microsoft Surface models does PaperType fit?

PaperType is precision-cut for the Surface Pro 12, Surface Pro 11, Surface Pro X / X Elite / X Plus, Surface Pro 9 and 8, Surface Pro 7+, 7, 6, 5 and 4, Surface Laptop 5, 4 and 3 (13.5″), Surface Laptop 5 and 4 (15″) and Surface Laptop Go 2 (12.4″). Will PaperType wear down my Surface Pen tip?

A little faster than bare glass, which is normal for any paper-feel surface. Compared with standard paper-feel screen films, PaperType causes up to 86% less pen-tip wear and 50% less screen noise.

Does PaperType make the Surface screen blurry or dim?

The matte, anti-reflection finish makes the display look slightly softer than bare glass, in exchange for far less glare from lights and sunlight. It suits writing, sketching and reading. If you mainly edit photos or video and need full glossy clarity, a clear glass protector is the better choice.

Does PaperType work with a Surface case or cover?

Yes. PaperType is sized to sit inside the screen edge, so it works with most cases. The film is 0.12 mm thin and has a 3H hard coat that protects the display from everyday scratches.

What's in the box, and what if it arrives damaged?

The box contains 1 PaperType screen protector, cut for the Surface model you choose. If it arrives damaged, email support@moarmouz.com within 24 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it free. Unopened packs can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
